Session scheduled at DACH, correlated at BONN and analyzed at NASA

Problems: The submission includes Ws Mark6 AND DBBC3 data. 
          Since the Mark6 Ws recording had some issues (see below),
          but the DBBC3 data looked okay, 
          the correlator decided to keep the data in the original vgosDB files.
          
          WETTZ13S(Ws) DBBC1 and 2 out of sync. 
                       Offsets in band A and B added to sampler delay for compensation.
          
          The Ws DBBC3 and Mark6 data seemed incompatible, leading to problems during analysis.
          So the DBBC3 data were deselected in the analysis in order to produce an initial
          solution, with a goal of later revisiting the session to look at the Ws data more
          closely.
