KOKEE/KOKEE12M ties test experiment.

  This is a non-geodestic experients. In first two 8-minute long scans 
strong source J1642+3948 will be obsered. Then  3C84 will be observed
in 900 second long scans for 10.5 hours. The goal of the experiment is 
a) to assess stability of fringe phases and stability of the differences 
between group and phase delays; b) to derive statistics of clock function, 
in particular correlation time. This is needed for 1) understanding the 
unexplained scatter of group delays with respect to phase delays; 
2) establishing the baseline performance before the KOKEE upgrade for 
fully characterizing the station performance and assessment of a possible 
jump in station  position. Obseving mode: the same as in kt013.

Deliverables and Outcomes:

  The deliverable will be a) result of fringe fitting; b) time series of
fringe amplitudes; c) time series of residual phase delays; d) time series of
residual group delays; e) time series of differences between group and 
phase delays. The L1A dataset will be put in the local archive and it
will not be released to CDDIS because it falls into a category ``test''.

  This experiment will be repeated after upgrade, and statistics will
be compared.

  Special requirements: 4 RDBE's need 2 modules for sure.

  This experiment should be correlated with a resolution of 10 KHz
in order to sample phase calibration tones exactly. The following
parameters defined in kt013.v2d should be used in correlation:
