Goal: To test a new 2-1 sequence that
      A) starts with 4 GHz to satisfy a constraint with RAEGSMAR due to 
         a radar;

      B) puts bands c,d in a range [11456.4, 12480.4] covering 1024 MHz
         Bands c and d will be merged into one band during data analysis
 
      C) Bands a and b are the same. This is done to check a level of 
         disagreement in group delays from bands a and b.

      Correlation is run in two passes:

      a) band "a" is 'disabled'. This is done by editing $FREQ table
         and altering frequencies for channels 1-16 for instance,
         adding 10000 MHz for station Mg, 20000 MHz for station Sa and
         30000 MHz for station Yj. In that case vex2difx will not
         find matches and will not correlated channels 1-16

      b) band "b" is 'disabled'. The same, but channels 17-32 will
         be doctored in $FREQ section.
