Goal: To check the chain of scheduling for an experiment that changes
      frequency setup on the fly each scan. Each scan is split into 
      two subscans. The first subscan sets vo sequence. The second 
      subscan sets the frequencies within the same LO that are not 
      used in vo, the last IF. The last IF is the same in both subscans.
      The goal is to check whether the procedure that generates the 
      schedule works correctly. During data analysis the band will
      be synthezed from both subscans.
