Observed with wrong recording rate and bitmask. (256-16-1 instead of 512-16-2). NYALES20 Station observed in a tagged along mode. Nof ringes were found. Station excluded from database. Parameterization comments: Three clock breaks were added to SEJONG. Other comments: This is a second submission with manual phase calibration applied to SEJONG.
