 This session correlated using DiFX-2.6.2 and HOPS 3.23.
 ISHIOKA failed to record a lot of A-band data due to recording trouble.
 Since some scans had no missing data, pc_phases and X-Y polarization 
 delay/phase offsets were estimated by "vgoscf_generate.py".
 The calbe delay for ISHIOKA was estimated by excluding some sessions 
 because "pcc_generate.py" stopped due to an error termination.
