Problems: The SESHAN25 log file had no met data.  All of the WX lines had
          temperature, pressure, and humidity values of 0.

Other comments: 

  The correlator provided the following station notes:

     ISHIOKA  (Is/Q): Two non-detections in both bands.

     NYALES20 (Ny/N): Two non-detections in S-band and three in X-band.

     SESHAN25 (Sh/C): Occasionally low fringe amplitude in channel XR6U causing
                      three G codes.

     WETTZ13N (Wn/W): Two non-detections in S-band and one in X-band.

     WETTZELL (Wz/V): Ok.
