An priori clock model is used and a clock break is set at 19:30 UTC. Hobart26 was wind-stowed the last 6 hrs. Matera has S-band subambiguities. Parameterization comments: None. Other comments: HART15M reported a clock jump of ~30 nsec at ~07:18. There is a jump of ~50 nsec in the S-band single band delays, but not in the X-band SBD's.
