Session Notes for RD1105 Prepared by D. Behrend, NVI, Inc./GSFC =========================================================== PURPOSE AND GENERAL NOTES =========================================================== The purpose of rd1105 is to test 512 Mbps recording mode as the anticipated mode for CONT11. This is the final R&D session in this series. This frequency setup uses 2-bit sampling with no fanout and 32 tracks. The schedule was generated using SNRs of 20 at X-band and 15 at S-band for all stations but TIGO. For TIGO the SNR target was set to 18/12 (X/S). All stations have been fully scheduled; TIGO has been given extra weight. The schedule uses a selection of 120 sources from the good geodetic source list. The minimum subnet size was set to 2.
