EUROPE-86 (EUROPEAN Geodetic VLBI Network session No. 86) 2007 Feb. 19/20 doy 050/519 Institute for Geodesy and GeoInformation of the University of Bonn, Germany Nominal start time: 2007-050-1200 UT Nominal end time: 2007-051-1200 UT Duration: 24 hrs Purpose ======= The purpose of this experiment is to determine station coordinates and their evolution in the southern part of the European geodetic VLBI network with the highest precision possible. Schedule ======== The schedule was optimized for local sky coverage. Scans are scheduled to have scan length purely according to SNR limits. No time second modulo is applied. The sky coverage for all stations were optimized. The minimum SNR on all baselines is at X band and at S band different. ATTENTION to all participate network stations ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have a new and different frequence setup for all stations! Please be carefully and setup the recording mode as discribed in the schedule and as well as in this Experiment INFO file. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! INFO e-vlbi =========== We plan to transfer recorded data via e-vlbi to Bonn from Onsala, Metshovi and Medicina. In addition the mk5-modules would send to Bonn from this stations. Shipping modules can be done after e-vlbi transfer. Thanks to this stations for cooperation and support. Estimated total Gbytes to transfer Mc 260 Mh 658 On 598 DSS65 ===== This station can participate from 050-1300 until 051-0900 UT.
