Purpose of test: The purpose of this fringe test is to verify the 
wiring at Kokee between their new Mk4 and old VLBA formatters. They 
are going to retain the old formatter as a backup. 

Procedures: This test records signals from both USB and LSB on all 
video channels using two different modes. The first mode is the 
standard CORE mode and the second mode is a non-standard mostly LSB 
mode. You must make procedures with drudg for this test. 

Wettzell should use the same tape used for the Intensive i01173. 
The scans are recorded on passes 9 and 10 of the same tape. Please
send the tape to WACO in the usual way.

Kokee should use a fresh short tape for this test to avoid any
potential problems due to the new tape drive. Please send both 
the Intensive and the fringe test tapes to WACO in the usual way.

(*) The frequency sequence is the same as for 2F but the LSB
signals are used instead of the usual USB signals. The two
