DSS65:       Antenna off source for ~35 scans, and no recordings for
               an additional 15 scans.
             S-band phase cal was weak and unstable, so fringed S-band
               with manual phases.  Used two sets of manual phases,
               one before 278-0200 and one after, so expect a clock
               break at that epoch. 

Kokee:       Manual phase cal.
                
Onsala:      Poor playback on some scans due to instability in the
               tape speed at record time.

Yellowknife: Manual phase cal at S and X.  While the phase cal phase
               stability was better than in CB604, there were still
               clear problems with the RF phase cal signal.
