DSS15:       No fringes or phase cal in X channel 2.  Fringes in 
               S channel 6 are ~50% weaker than in other channels.
               Both channels were deleted in fringing.

Kokee:       Manual phase cal.
             X channel 1 fringes and phase cal are ~50% weaker than in
               other channels -- channel deleted in fringing.
               Problem was fixed a week later by replacing BBC01.
                
Onsala:      An elevation pointing error of 800 arcsec caused X-band
               fringe amplitudes to be 10-20 times weaker than normal
               throughout the experiment.  Onsala was not included in
               the production correlation pass.

Yellowknife: Manual phase cal at S and X.  Baseband pcal phases fluctuate
               wildly during some scans.  Problem is most likely in the
               5 MHz line to the phase cal antenna unit.  Two sets of
               manual phases had to be used, one before 236-1430 and
               one after, so expect a clock break at that epoch.
