Algonquin:  Encoder electronics problem caused mispointing by ~1.5 X
              beamwidths in azimuth.  As a result X fringe amplitudes
              are 10-20 times lower than normal at low elevations but
              near normal at high elevations.  About 20% of X scans are
              non-detections.  S-band is OK.

DSS65:      Three hours lost due to EAC controller and other problems.

Kokee:      Manual phase cal.

Onsala:     Seven scans are D codes due to edge damage on the first
              ~1000 feet of the first tape; the tape will be discarded.

Tsukuba:    Not correlated.  Because of a cabling error, the X-band
              signals written on the tape were the LSB baseband signals
              from the video converter rather than the USB.
