Kokee:  Manual phase cal.
        Fringe and phase cal amplitudes in X channel 1 are ~40% lower
          than in other channels.  Problem was fixed in late August
          by replacing BBC01.

Noto:   ~25% of X-band scans are non-detections.  On average, X-band
          SNR is less than half the predicted value from start of
          experiment to ~210-1200.  After 210-1200, SNR improved.
        Formatter clock was reset at the start of the second tape at
          210-0729 -- clock changed by 231 ms.
        1.5 hours of data lost due to problems with tape drive.

Seshan: Data from 209-2245 to 210-0211 lost due to antenna problem.
   
Urumqi: Manual phase cal at S-band.
        Receiver LO phase was very unstable during some scans.  AP-by-AP
          phase cal correction at X-band improved fringe phase stability.
        VC04 LO lock problem caused loss of fringes and phase cal in
          X channel 4 during two periods totaling 4.5 hours.  Deleted
          channel in fringing for entire experiment.

Yebes:  X-band delay rates have large scatter.  Problem, which was
          also present in some Europe experiments during the summer,
          is presently under investigation.
