DSS45:  Weak fringes and phase cal in X channel 1 -- channel deleted in
          fringing.
        No fringes, or extremely weak detections, at X-band during the
          first 4 hours.
        Phase cal amplitudes and phases were very unstable at S and X -- 
          manual phase cal applied.
        Fringe amplitude in S channel 1 was ~30% lower than in other
          channels.

Kokee:  Manual phase cal.

Noto:   No fringes or phase cal in X channel 1 during most of experiment
          due to an unlocked BBC01 LO -- channel deleted.

Seshan: One hour lost due to antenna pointing problems.
   
Urumqi: S-band phase cal does not align fringe phases consistently and
          was unstable in amplitude.  S-band was fringed with manual
          phase cal, and X-band with normal phase cal.
        Last 4 hours lost due to power failure.

Yebes:  One hour lost due to computer woes.
