DSS45:  Weak fringes and phase cal in X channel 1 -- channel deleted in
          fringing.
        ~20% of scans are non-detections, presumably because antenna was
          off source.  Antenna slew rate was slower than normal due to
          failure of a drive motor.
        X-band fringe amplitudes are 2-3 times lower than normal.
          Pointing problem?
        Phase cal was unstable in level during the first 2 hours and
          last 12 hours of the experiment, particularly at X, and did a
          poor job of aligning fringe phases during the last 12 hours.
          Fringed all data with manual phase cal.

Kokee:  Manual phase cal.

Noto:   Very weak fringes and phase cal in X channel 5 -- channel
          deleted in fringing.
        2.5 hours lost due to problems with antenna power.
   
Urumqi: Phase cal did not align fringe phases consistently from scan
          to scan, and S phase cal amplitude ratios between channels
          were unstable.  All data fringed with manual phase cal.
        Receiver S/X LO phase was occasionally unstable, leading to a
          coherence loss of up to 30% for a few scans.

Yebes:  Both data tapes were blank because a missing entry in the PCFS
          equip.ctl file caused the recorder write voltage to be set
          to zero.
