DSS65:  X-band phase cal was weak or nonexistent during much of the
         experiment.  All DSS65 data were fringed with manual phase cal.

Kokee:  Manual phase cal.

Noto:   No fringes in X channel 6 -- deleted.

NRAO20: Observations were halted from 362-2128 to 363-0035 due to heavy
         snow accumulation.  Weather caused high X Tsys for several
         hours before and after the shutdown.

Seshan: MkIII track 25 had parity error rates of 0.1% to >1%.  Seshan 
         was fringed with parity error limit of 5%.

Urumqi: 1) No data from 363-0306 through 363-0846 due to power failure.
        2) No fringes in S channel 6 -- deleted.
        3) Poor fringe phase coherence on many scans, particularly at X,
          due to receiver LO phase instability.  Fringed X-band data
          with AP-by-AP phase cal corrections, in order to recover as
          much coherence as possible.
        4) S-band phase cal does not align fringe phases consistently
          across channels.  Fringed S-band data with manual phase cal,
          despite the (usually small) coherence loss that choice
          sometimes entailed.
