DSS15:    No fringes in X channel 2 -- deleted in fringing.
Kokee:    Manual phase cal.
Noto:     Did not observe due to bad weather conditions.
Seshan:   Many QF=2 codes at S-band due to consistently weak
            fringes in S channels 1 and 4.  Phase cal also
            weak in those channels.  RFI not the cause.          
Urumqi:   1) No fringes or phase cal in S channels 4 and 6 --
            channels deleted in fringing.
          2) No fringes during first 1.5 hours except for
            one scan -- antenna problems. 
          3) Manual phase cal applied to all data, S and X,
            due to large errors in S pcal phases.
Yebes:    Tagged along to test whether formatter still has
            sampling epoch problem.  It does.  Processed Yebes
            for only the first 8 hours of expt.  Export will
            include only data that appear to be unaffected by
            the formatter problem, which is about half the
            processed data.
