              during experiment, sometimes almost disappearing,
              and phase cal phases did a poor job of aligning
              the fringe phases much of the time.
DSS45:       Manual phase cal.  Phase cal amplitude varied with
              time (up to 10 dB) and over frequency (up to 20 dB),
              and phase cal phases did a poor job of aligning
              the fringe phases much of the time.
Fortaleza:   Singleband delay clock jump of .2 us at ~168-2230. 
Kokee Park:  Manual phase cal.
Medicina:    5-10% of scans missed or late on source.
Ny Alesund:  1) S channel 1 deleted due to intermittently bad
               MkIII track 23.
             2) Several scans with poor receiver LO stability,
               perhaps due to bad LO 5 MHz reference cable
               discovered and replaced during CB210.
